I am looking for a map to look up wellsites in the oilfield that uses legal land descriptions. I need to get directions to numerous sites. Is there a website that is capable of doing this?

It depends on where they are located. Most property appraiser’s web pages link to GIS maps that include legal descriptions in the attribute table.
Start looking at the county level, Google the name of the county and add the words “property appraiser” at the end.
